Train in groups of up to 4 clients. This gives you great personal attention at less than 50% of the cost for 1-2-1 personal training
Training
We offer between 2 to 4 sessions per week, depending on your goals, commitments and exercise routine outside of our studio
Consultation
Before joining us, we offer a free consultation to understand your needs, goals and current lifestyle. From this we can recommend the perfect plan to achieve your goals
Flexibility
Unlike normal personal training we offer a timetable of Small Group sessions to fit around your busy schedule.
Accountability
We support you every step of the way, whether this is informative documents on nutrition/lifestyle or full 1-2-1 coaching with weekly video calls and messaging
Nutrition
We don't offer meal plans or believe in restrictive diets. We educate our clients to understand food and provide the tools to give them lifelong changes
WHAT WE DO
TRAINING
The Training Package is perfect for those who want to focus on their training and benefit from not having to think about what they are doing, need some more structure and don’t have a particular physique goal.

LA ASSAULT: Saturday 9:10am
Challenge your endurance and strength. This cardio-focused session will push you to the max, but don’t worry you won’t be in it alone! Work as a team to complete the workout and leave feeling stronger, fitter and ready for a great weekend

EMPOWERED
The Empowered Package is perfect for those who want some guidance on how to change their physique in some way, to build confidence in themselves, build a better relationship with their body and nutrition.
