OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

Confidentiality

Any information disclosed to us, or any of our employees or representatives will be kept in confidence. Any personal details and medical information will not be made available to third parties unless permission to do so is first sought and then granted by you.

 

Recommendations

Through the use of our professional judgement and experience, we will be suggesting certain lifestyle changes incorporating exercise that we strongly believe will align with and help you achieve your personal goals. If at any stage through our supervision you have specific requests, we again will use our professional judgement in looking to accommodate them.

 

Referral

We intend to work with you within the scope of our professional knowledge and competencies as a certified and suitably insured exercise professional. If throughout your time under our supervision we see it in your best interests to be referred to another health professional we will do so appropriately. For example; a Physio or Chiropractor.

Covid Precautions

We adhere to the Governments 'Staying COVID-19 Secure in 2020' Guidelines and have taken all necessary precautions with our cleaning procedures and social distancing to ensure our Clients remain safe.

YOUR COMMITMENT TO US

 

Disclosure of Information

You must disclose all health information as requested at our initial consultation to ensure we are fully informed of anything that may impact or alter how we work with you. You must keep us updated on any changes that may occur to your overall health. This includes all medical conditions; physical and mental, injuries, allergies, and medication that you may be prescribed. If necessary and if requested, you may need to seek clearance from your doctor before participating in the exercise programme we have suggested.

Acceptance of Potential Risks

For most, exercise is hugely beneficial; there however remains some element of risk that we require you to be aware of, acknowledge and for you to sign the informed consent and disclaimer that we have provided you with.

Covid Precautions

We request that Clients do not attend their sessions if exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or feeling unwell. We will discuss rescheduling or freezing sessions should a quarantining period be required. All Clients will need to bring a sweat towel and water.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

The EMPOWERED Programme

The EMPOWERED Programme is a 12-week course with payments spread across the 3 months or paid upfront. This is a non-refundable commitment for the full cost of the 3-month training.

Booking

Training sessions are booked by the client on a weekly basis via our app or website booking system. The EMPOWERED Programme provides clients with the option of booking a maximum of 4 sessions per week. Any sessions not completed in the week will not be carried over.

Arrival for Session

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for your sessions, as we will be cleaning and resetting the studio. We also request that indoor trainers are brought to the session to maintain cleanliness of the space.

 

Rescheduling or Lateness

We appreciate that there are circumstances where you won't be able to make your booked sessions due to holidays, prior engagements or illness. Due to our sessions predominantly involving multiple clients, the following policies apply;

  • 24-hour prior notice is required for your session to be re-bookable for that week;

  • If less than 24-hour notice is given, you will not be able to re-use that session credit, but please ensure you still cancel your session via the app to let us know you can't make it and potentially free up space for other clients;

  • We expect all Client's to be on time to their sessions. A grace period of 10 minutes will be given but beyond this, you will not be admitted to the session and will be deducted the full session;

  • Any rescheduled sessions must be completed within the week. Sessions will not carry over to the next week.

One Month Rolling Contract

​Following participation in the EMPOWERED programme, clients who wish to carry on with their training will be put onto a rolling one-month contract. Future training options will be discussed with each client one month before the EMPOWERED programme is due to finish.

Cancellation of Rolling Contract

For clients who transfer to a monthly rolling contract, we ask that 30 days written notice is given for all cancellations and is sent to us via email at contact@coachedbyla.co.uk. During your 30 days of notice one final payment will be due, you will then have full use of your current training package for the rest of that paying month.

1 – 2 – 1 PERSONAL TRAINING & ONLINE COACHING

 

Three Month Commitment

 

1-2-1 personal training and online coaching is based on a 3-month programme. 12 weeks of training with 1 week rest. This is a non-refundable commitment for the full cost of the 3-month training period.

 

One Month Rolling Contract

If clients wish to carry on with their training, following the initial 3-month commitment, clients are put onto a rolling one-month contract.

​We appreciate that there are circumstances where you won't be able to make your planned sessions due to holidays or prior engagements. For rescheduling of sessions, the following policies apply;

  • ​24-hour prior notice is required for your session to be re-bookable;

  • If less than 24-hour notice is given, you will not be able to re-book that session and will be charged;

  • We expect all client's to be on time to their sessions. If you are late to your session, we will utilise the remaining time but cannot run over the allocated one-hour slot;

  • Any rescheduled sessions must be completed within the month. Sessions will not carry over to the next month.
