How often can I train?

Clients can book into 4 sessions per week.

Up to 4 clients

What is 1-2-1 support?

You will work closely with one of our coaches who will support you with your nutrition, habits and lifestyle. This provides you with the support and accountability to keep you on track with achieving your goals. Clients complete weekly check ins and receive feedback, have access to regular coaching calls,  our private facebook group and WhatsApp support. Basically, everything you need to achieve your goals.

Do I have to commit to the same sessions each week?

Nope, you can pick and choose which sessions you book into each week to fit around your schedule. You book onto your sessions via the COACHEDBYLA booking system

What do we do in our sessions?

Each session focuses on strength training with a short cardio based finisher

Is it suitable for beginners?

Absolutely, yes! We cater and coach each exercise so it is suitable for you. There's no one size fits all. Why not arrange a call with us and we can chat it through.

Do I have to do all 4 sessions per week?

Nope, this is up to you. The programme includes 4 sessions but you don't have to attend all 4. We recommend 3 as a 'sweet spot'.

Where is the studio?

The sessions will be in our COACHEDBYLA studio, located in Ellen street, Portslade.
