This option is perfect for those who enjoy the motivating and supportive group training dynamic, while receiving expert coaching towards your specific goals, all at a fraction of the cost of 1-2-1 PT.
Groups have a maximum of 3 clients, choose to train with friends or sign up solo and we will slot you into a suitable group for your experience and goals.​
