3 Month Minimum Commitment

Small Group PT is a great way to get the coaching and benefits of personal training for a fraction of the price.

 

Training with like-minded people is also great for motivation and accountability!

This package includes 1x session  per week for 2 - 4 people at Underground Gym and a great workout!

2x Weekly Session

3 Month Minimum Commitment

This package includes 2x PT sessions with Lucie a week.

 

We would recommend this package for beginners to get to grips with technique and building confidence.

Technique Package

6 Sessions to be used over 6 weeks

Our technique pack is great for client's looking to learn proper technique in the core compound lifts (squat, deadlifts, bench, rows) and build confidence.

This package includes 6x sessions with Lucie.

 

We would recommend this package for group exercise participants looking to take their BodyPump to the next level.
