Our core focus is weight training to help clients realise their true potential, however we offer additional ZEN and BURN formulas for those looking to strengthen their mind as well as body.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Small Group PT is a training method that provides the same benefits of one-to-one coaching, but at a fraction of the cost.
Delivering expert coaching in a supportive group environment pushes our Clients to achieves their goals.
PRIVATE WORKOUT SPACE
Our sessions are limited to a maximum of four people. We want to make sure our Clients feel comfortable, unintimidated and able to communicate with us during a session.
The Studio is a COVID Secure and keeping training to the same group each week enables us to utilise our own 'bubbles' and track and trace system.
We offer two formula sessions to compliment our small group training.
